Today the members of the literacy class were presented with certificates in recognition of their success on the course by Alistair Gourlay head of Adult Learners Education at City of York Council. Everyone also received a book of stories, written by members of the group. There was a party atmosphere and we enjoyed a buffet after the presentation. Congratulations to everyone in the group for their fascinating stories and hard work.
